    to reset you have to push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds. it shouldn't auto-reconnect if it was fully reset

What router are you connecting to?

Try factory resetting the extender and re-running install using the installation wizard and not wps.

Hi , thanks for the info, I'll try that tonight. I pressed the reset button last night but it reconnected via WPS straight away.

      Genius, I didnt hold the reset long enough last night. Thanks for all your help. It's all good now.👍
