My new R6260 onlyworks on Guest Account. I cannot print

1. you have the R6260

2. what firmware is on it? 

3. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

4. What error do you get when you try to connect to the main wifi? 

5. does it impact wired devices? 

Details are key to helping. We don't know your setup, what devices you're connecting, what errors you're getting, or whats happening. So you need to be detailed in explaining it.
