    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Try a wired connection vs wireless connection...

Hi!

Thanks for the information. The factory reset seems to have worked, hopefully the issue is solved for good:)
I only have 100/100 (i am not sure of the up speed), but will bear this in mind if i ever upgrade.
