MY RBK 50V2 - AC3000 Tri-band
RBK 50V2 - MOST OF THE DEVICES WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE ROUTER BUT IT'S SHOWING NORMAL SPEED TEST. I HAD THE MODEM CHECKED AND IT'S WORKING PROPERLY. WHEN I CONNECTED TO THE ROUTER ETHER PORT, THE ROUTER SPEED TEST WAS A LOT LOWER THAN WHEN I WAS JUST CHECKING WIFI.

A couple things.
1. Caps lock. Please disable it. Its makes reading your posts a pain/annoyance when they're all in caps.
2. firmware. What firmware is on the orbi?
3. gateway. What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?
4. when you say "most of the devices will not connect" what actually happens. Can they not see the ssid? Do they not connect? Do they connect but say "connected, no internet". What actually is going on? Details are needed since we aren't there to see whats going on
5. What speeds do you get hardwired into the router? And over 2.4ghz? And over 5ghz?
