My router is very unstable, keeps going off internet and stuck it

Sorry I thought I put my R6230 on it, I’m using R6230+CM400, I check the connectivity on modem is good, but lost internet connection couple of time everyday. no matter how I rest it, it still come back.

You did. I missed it.
When you say "lost internet connection" what do the LEDs on the router look like at the time?
Does everything go off? Wired and wireless?
Have you tried disabling QoS, traffic metering and anything else that could strain the router's processor?
- I did these steps, but strangely the lights stay normal.
We still do not know if wired and wifi go down at the same time.
- Yes it is, every time I have to wait for couple minutes, if I reboot it still the same.
