My router/modem won't connect to internet
Laptop will connect to wireless but will not connect to internet?
Can wired devices connect to the internet?
what have you tried doing to fix it? (reboot, factory reset, etc)
Factory reset worked but now the upstream light is orange??
If you log into it, you can view the cable connections page. Take a screen snip of that and post it back here. It shows things like upstream/downstrea/snr, etc

do you have any splitters or signal attenuators in the coax line? If so, I'd remove them.
