Consult the Mfr if your host router that the R6400 that it's connected too, if needed, to disable any IPv6 features there for that branded router.

If your wife works from home and there's a rule to disable IPv6, it's important to ensure that her work setup complies with the organization's policies and security protocols. Disabling IPv6 may be necessary for compatibility or security reasons dictated by her employer's IT department or network infrastructure. To disable IPv6, you can typically do so through the network adapter settings on her computer or router. However, make sure to consider potential impacts on network functionality and consult with her employer's IT support if needed to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining security and compliance.
