N300 EX2700 won't connect to router

Question

I just bought the N300 EX2700 WiFi extender but it refuses to connect to my Virgin Media Hub 3 router. WPS always refuses to work. Tried using the online setup on two different devices and didn't work.&nbsp; I've reset the router and tried both again to no avail.
