N300 RANGE EXTENDER

Everything was working great yesterday and this morning nothing will connect to the extender. I show green lights for Power and WPS. Router light is not green. I was getting a message when I tried to log on about the NetGenie getting me hooked up but it says my log on is incorrect. I have unplugged the router and plugged it back in all is working will there just can't get the extender to work. The extender is showing up on my devices and showing all bars but I get a message saying it can not connect.

    did you set it up using wps or using the installation assistant?
