Thank you, Elaine. Apparently, there was a setting on my computer that was not allowing the blue light to turn on, and the issue is now resolved. Thank you for your reply.

Did you try to factory reset the router?
If you did and still the wireless light is not lit then consider the unit faulty.
Check if you can still replace it if it's within the hardware warranty.

Can you share what kind of setting is that in order for others to benefit from it too?
I am sorry, but I do not remember what the setting was. I was looking at different areas of my computer regarding internet connections and noticed that a box was not checked. When I checked the box, the blue light on my router came on. I am sorry that I can't be more helpful.
