    Hi cssva3 Do you have the latest firmware installed on your router?

    If not, see this link on how to upgrade the firmware.

    After firmware upgrade, reset the router by pressing the reset button for 20 seconds.

    Once done, reconfigure the router to get the Internet connection back.

Hello searay, No it has never worked as far as I know. I just resently upgraded to the 50mps service so I was checking.

    Update the firmware as already suggested and factory reset it after, try using another cable between modem and router
