N300 WNR614 Control broadband speed on devices

Hi,

I have a 10Mbps broadband, I would like to limit speed for certain devices either through mac address or ip address filtering.

I want to give my pc full bandwidth and give 1Mbps for the rest of the devices.

How can I do it ?
