N450 very slow speed in wifi and lan

I have contracted 100 Mb with xfinity but I only get 7 to 9 Mb. My ISP says that they have a good connection with my computer, their signal arrives well. I've already done all the troubleshooting like resetting the device, changing the MTU size, packet fragmentation, DNS. Power levels are fine.
What can I do to improve the download speed?

    The CG3000Dv2 is pretty old (2013) for cable modems. Cable technology has moved on a lot since then.

     

    If you changed to faster Internet with the modem in place, you should reset the thing and set it up from scratch. It has to forget the older settings from your ISP.
