Feb 07, 2016I heard the 4500 is @ EOL meaning End of Life. I don't know which version or if all versions are EOL. My point is return it so you don't get stuck with a device which is no longer be supported.

Thank you so much! I went to Netgear settings and changed it as you suggested and it seems to solve the issue :-D If you wouldn't mind explaining to me how this fixes the problem, I'd greatly appreciate it. Anyway, thank you again!

Your public IP was blocked on some site and changing the MAC address caused your ISP to change your IP
