NEED HELP WITH DISABLING CIRCLE

Hello,

I have the Orbi Mesh RBR40.  I need help in disabling the Circle feature.  I went to the Orbi app, clicked on Parental Control, and the "Enable Circle" feature shows to be on.  When I click on it to turn it off, it says, "The operation is not available using Anywhere Access".  Need your help!
