need help with resetting password for the router

You don't usually need a "Netgear account" to manage your router.
I turn on the website blocker on the Netgear app but that was over a year and a half ago.
Is that the mobile device app? Where did you make that setting? I can't see any "access control" in the Nighthawk app.
It might help if you told people just what this router is.
