The WAN/internet light stays orange whenever I plug a cable into it and any of the other jacks. Each jack lights up, but the WAN/internet light stays orange.

Hi jakkwb,
If the WAN/Internet light stays lit, that means that the port still works. Try re-flashing the firmware then reset and reconfigure the router. You can check the links below for the steps.

No, it is still not working. The Internet light is always yellow, it never changes to green or blue or whatever color it is supposed to be when its working.
The web page still has an X on the internet port. it does not get an IP or other information from DHCP.
I have reloaded the firmware as well as defaulted it. No change.
