Need to amend settings on Orbi 139

I am trying to access the Orbi settings enabling me to add and complete updates on my Sonos speakers system which are currently being blocked. When accessing via admin it asks for password which I do not have. Can I ask if anyone knows how to access the settings, knows the admin password or has experienced the same with there Sonos? Thank you in advance.
