Need to change router IP address can't click on the LAN Setup

I need to change the router's IP address.   When I click on Setup - I can't access the LAN Setup option - it's blacked out.   I do I get access to the LAN setup option?

What browser are you using? 

Try a different browser. IE11, MS Edge or FireFox. 

 

Might need to factory reset the router and setup from scratch...

 

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
