Nest Audio won't pair with outdoor Orbi

I have a new Google Nest Audio and am trying to pair it to our outdoor Orbi. The orbi has full bars but Nest Audio can't connect. Anyone have a fix for this? It's frustrating. All our cameras are Nest, no connection issues. Our chromecast is Google, no connection issues. I'm at a loss on this one.
