Hi DexterJB! and thank you very much for your kind help.
I don't know how exactly but I finally got rid of those annoying disconnections... I reseted and rebooted the router several time, it may have solved the problem. Not sure yet!
What I did:
1. Have you tried bypassing the router and connecting straight to the modem to check if the connection from your ISP is stable?
No but others computers connected to the same network and router through power-line communication adapter do not disconnect.
2. Have you tried using another Ethernet cable?
I've changed, yes, but it does not seem to be the cause.
3. Have you tried using another port on the router?
Yes, that did not resolve the issue.
4. Does the issue persist on your other devices (other wired/wireless devices)?
No, wireless connection is fine on others devices.
5. Have you tried resetting the router?
Yes!

Hi maxencev21,
1. Is the connection from your modem stable?
2. Does the issue affect all your wired and wireless devices?
3. You can try reflashing the router's firmware then do a factory reset.

1. Not sure if the connection is stable, I always get a "Ethernet no connected" when I disconnect.
2. Yes it affects every device.
3. I'm not sure how to refresh the firmware, I can't login to the routerlogin website, it says "I don't have connection" for some reason when I am connected.
