Which one? AC1750 isn't a model number.
It is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Should the Media Hub be changed from 'Router' to 'modem' (ie, is the netgear to act as the 'router' ?).
Should the settings on the Netgear be changed to allow flow through of the Hub credentials to be enabled that
Depends on the unknown AC1750 and TPLink extender. You'll need one router on the network. And only one.
