NETGEAR AC1750 model 6400v2

Connected to tv modem was working fine then got only the red light and no connection. No system outage and can connect to building wide Wi-Fi. Have rebooted the router numerous time with no success.Help!

    What is this "TV modem"? Make and model?

     

    What red light? The R6400v2 has various amber lights.

     

    What is this building wide Wi-Fi and where does it come into the picture?
