    Hi NCgear73,

     

    1. What is the model number your router?

    2. A white blinking Internet light means there is Internet traffic.

    3. Is your computer wired to the router?

    4. Make sure the WiFi light (2.4GHz and 5GHz) is lit. If not, press the WiFi on/off button.
