Netgear AC1750 WiFi router

Wi-Fi router (model R6400) is successfully set up. I have been using NightHawk App for the past year. Recently, after a network connectivity issue, I can no longer access this App. During the Admin login step, I get an error message that the process has ‘timed out’. I have tried restarting my router many times.  I need to access the router settings to determine if a device is having access blocked and to determine which band the device is trying to connect to. How do I find this information if the NightHawk App isn’t available?

    Have you tried the web interface via a computer and web browser?
