netgear ac2000 wifi router
I am trying to set up a netgear ac2000 router and have my computer and phones connected fine but my samsung tablets both say connected without internet. I am not tech savy at all. Can anyone help please. thank you so much

AC2000 is a combined WiFi speed.
What is the model# of the NG router your referring to? R####?
What actual model is it?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What firmware is on it?
Are you using the default ssid/password that came with the router or did you customize it?

Tell tablets to "Forget network" for the wifi connection to the router. Then set it up afresh.
