Netgear email says there's a firmware update for my Orbi RBR40 and RBS20, but it doesn't show up

So, it's been 5 days since I got that email and the auto update function still says "no new firmware available." How long does Netgear generally take between releasing an update before auto-update will see it?

If its bothering you, you can just do the manual update.

I just don’t understand what the point of a “check for updates” feature is in an app or the web admin interface if It doesn’t actually check for them. And it also makes me concerned as to whether my particular model is actually supposed to get the update.
Sorry to be a pest but I don’t think my concern here is unreasonable.
