When I want to connect to the wifi, in the network window, they ask me for those credentials. So there is no webpage, instead of putting the password of the network, we have to put our credentials.

"they"? You realize that I can see none of this, right?

"put" into _what_ is one of the mysteries here.
If you can specify an SSID and a passphrase on your device, then the
extender should be able to do the same. If you're getting some form
(which might or might not look like a web page) to fill out with
different data, then I doubt that the extender can do it.
I'd guess that such a question has arisen before at your "my
college", involving a router or an extender or some similar gizmo, and
that the IT folks there have a ready answer. I'd seek local wisdom.
