Netgear Genie App not allowing me to login
I have a Netgear R6300 Wifi Router and I am trying to connect my phone to the Netgear Genie App but It keeps saying I have the wrong password, even though I type the same password to get into the router page 192.168.1.1. What could this be it is getting aggravating. All I am trying to do is set Parental Controls and I can't seem to do it from the webpage on my computer.

2. What is the operating system of the device that you are using (iOS or Android)?
3. Have you tried using another device (another Android or iOS)?
4. What is the app version that you have installed?
5. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?
