Netgear genie does not show wired attched devices for

Hello,

I have cable modem C3700-100NAS

I use netgear geinie to see my attached wire devices.

It does not show all the wired attched devices.

Some of my attched devices are wire and they are wired thru another netgear 300 swich series, model GS308.

Please help to find the issues.
