Netgear Genie WNDR3400v2 Network Map is red from Netgear to Internet and does not show networds

    First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. Please DM us the screenshot of the network map. Also, what is the current firmware of the router and genie version? Did you try to use other device to view the network map?
