NETGEAR LM1200 blinking green no internet

I have my LM1200 connected to a tp-link wireless router and I had internet for a week then I unplugged to move setup in home and now it says no internet but my devices are connected. My modem and routers lights are green and showing everything is working. The signal light is blinking green and sometimes turns amber. I can connect to the wifi signal on my laptop but no internet is there. I have factory reset everything several of times and unplugged everything and left it alone for a while then tried again and its still the same I have went onto the settings on both devices and I can not figure out what happened. Please help! Using straight talk sim card.

Please make sure to power up LM1200 after your WiFi router fully boots up. By default, the device is set as Bridge mode. LM1200 needs to get a new network assigned IP address and pass to the WiFi router after reboot.

You can also try to use Router mode to see whether the issue can be addressed.
