Windows 10 operating system
Purchased an Epson WF-2650 printer and installed. Printer will only run on a 2.4 GHz modem. Printer installed fine and ran fine. Upgraded internet speed to 100 mbps. Printer would not operate at 5 GHz.
Xfinity indicates proper signal is being sent to router but no light on 2.4 GHz.
One option is to connect directly to my computer with USB cable.
Printer has its own modem. Cant' connect to the computer.
Please advise.

Did you try factory resetting the C3700 and reinstalling it?
