Netgear Phishing emails?

Hi.

just wanted to check if this is phishing or not as it was blocked by my webfilter and as I do have the latest firmware installed this email does not make any sense to me. Router is correct and it looks from the raw header legit.

Link goes to:

https://click.e.netgear.com/?qs= [IDENTIFIER]

However on my cell it tries to funnel through:

kb.netgear.com.[IDENTIFIER].live.siteforce.com

Sender is:

security@e.netgear.com
