Hi Koyoo,
You can try resetting the router for isolation. The link below may help out.

1. I can't find out the firmware as it's not letting me login to netgear genie.
2. No, the only device that seems to work with the router is my Kindle fire 7 tablet
3. It persists on all the phones currently here. LG G4, LG Ultimate 2, and a Samsung s4
4. Can't change the channel as it isn't allowing me to login at all
