Netgear R6100
R6100 what is the setting to give me A i am on N? asking how to configure R6100 to anable A?
everything works on my 5ghz but i have an androidtv box diw387 and it only connects via ac it connects to the 5ghz but has no internet? so what i am asking is their a setting that makes R6100 broadcast in AC not n/g/b thank you

Says who, where? Which "it" is that? The Product Data Sheet for the
R6100 is pretty clear about "ac": "AC1200 Dual Band", "AC1200 WiFi",
"Backward compatible with 802.11n", and so on. What little I could find
on the DTIW384 UHD suggests that it, too, does "ac": "Wi-Fi ac Dual
Band".

As usual, showing actual actions with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

Generally, no. Any normal "ac" access point will negotiate down to
"n", if required.
