Netgear R6120 Ping Issue at cmd/ping 198.168.0.1 -t
i'm getting connection time out and huge ping loss, is it my network issue or router issue? if router issue how to solve it? my warranty doesn't help me with this. I'm getting 13% connection loss. Please need help13% connection loss

what firmware is on the router?
Are you doing this over a wired connection?
Over wireless? And if over wireless are you using 2.4ghz or 5gh?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

doing this over wifi 2.5G

what modem/gateway is it connected to?
Try switching to 5ghz. Again, 2.4ghz is a slow network and sensitive to interference.
