netgear r6250 weird issue

So i came home to a unusual issue. My router powers on but wont produce a signal on wifi or if i connect it straight to my laptop the pc wont detect a signal from the router(says no cable detected). The power light is on and the wifi led is lit but i got nothing going on. My modem was acting up in the sense that the wifi signal was going off and on but once i rebooted the modem that stopped. I hooked up another router for now but im missing the power of the netgear. so far i have done the following.

left it unplugged for 2 days

tried to factory reset it.

held reset button for thirty secs than powered it off while holding reset for another 3o secs than powered it on and held reset again for 30 secs.

im at the point im thinking it went bad but before i toss it i wanted to make sure all my basis is covered,
