What are the led's on it doing? (all of them, color/blinking/etc)
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Are wired devices able to work?
- All LED’s are white like they’re supposed to be. The second from the left sometimes flashes red, but I’ve seen it do that multiple times. The modem is a Hitron Spectrum EU2251
2nd from the left is the internet connection
Try a different ethernet cable from modem/router.
Are you able to access the router gui?
- Yes, I can access the GUI but it shows everything’s green and showing I have connection. Says I need to upgrade the firmware but when I try to do that it says it’s already up to date, but still on a later version. I’ll try to switch my Ethernet cable up.
