What are the led's on it doing? (all of them, color/blinking/etc)
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Are wired devices able to work?
All LED’s are white like they’re supposed to be. The second from the left sometimes flashes red, but I’ve seen it do that multiple times. The modem is a Hitron Spectrum EU2251
2nd from the left is the internet connection
Try a different ethernet cable from modem/router.
Are you able to access the router gui?
- Yes, I can access the GUI but it shows everything’s green and showing I have connection. Says I need to upgrade the firmware but when I try to do that it says it’s already up to date, but still on a later version. I’ll try to switch my Ethernet cable up.
