NETGEAR USB Control Center utility v 2.22 is not compatible with MAC OS X El Capitan, where to download or make NETGEAR USB Control Center utility with the new MAC OS X ?

The Netgear USB control utility is not working for my mac with the lates El Capitan OS X. The installation "is incomplete" has this issue been resolved as of several months ago? where is the new install program??
There have been no substantive updates from Netgear in quite a while. The status has not changed.
