NETGEAR USB Control Center utility for MAC OS X El Capitan
NETGEAR USB Control Center utility v 2.22 is not compatible with MAC OS X El Capitan, where to download or make NETGEAR USB Control Center utility with the new MAC OS X ?

Very frustrating. Just purchased the R7000 router in large part due to the advertised USB Control center and the ability to use printers via the USB port, with Airprint. But when I tried to install USB Control Center v2.22, even though I get the 'install successful, re-start to finish' message, the installation is imcomplete. Every time El Capitan starts, the incomplete install error message displays, so've I've had to trash the app. We need an undated version of USB Control Center that will work with El Capitan!

I apologize for my wrong English.
I'm an Italian user, which has exactly the same problem as many other users with USB and OSX control center el Capitan.
It is now more than a month to perform simple prints I have to continue to roll out USB cables for the office.
It is ridiculous and unacceptable from a company like netgear I have always considered the market leader in networking products.
You will receive information on when this update of 'usb control center, or do we remain at the mercy of fate?
One thing is sure, my clients, to install devices such as networking, no longer recommend products netgear.- LostPetrelApprentice
Well the negative reviews are starting to show up on forums and shopping sites, it is only going to get worse. Still no timeline for an update, really poor form.

How incredibly disappointing this is to hear many others with similar stories about the lack of timely upgrades by Netgear. It certainly will make my decision to go elsewhere for my wireless needs. The executive leadership should at a minimum communicate an ETA for delivery.

Well, here we are 1.5 months after the issue was raised, close to 1 month since the offical release of El Capitan and 1 week since Apple released its first update and still no resolution. Surely the utility didn't require a complete rewrite of the code and being a major feature touted on several of Netgear's products it should have received more attention/priority from the company.
Any update on a release date (and is Netgear prepared to commit to this) ??

As NETGEAR engineers await for the release of El Capitan USB Drivers, they try to work on with the current utility but it's still failing.
It clearly needs the updated USB driver for the new OS X. As soon as the USB Driver is available for developers, we will post the updated utility.

Thank You Elaine, though it does not help with the situation we are in not being able to wirelessly print, it does show a positive response to the problem and help with maintaining patience.

- nedscottTutorThis is a key reason for my purchase, the second was advertised longer range which I am also not experiencing. The product is failing to meet the standard of which it is being advertised. Point of sale return would be the easiest. Please provid reference number for the store to complete return credit.

It would be nice if Netgear would send a weekly update to registered owners/users rather than expecting us to check back to the Netgear site with no ETA on a fix. I have yet to receive one e-mail on this issue. Communication is key to good customer service.
