Netgear USB Control Center
I am trying to install a printer using a USB cable. I installed the USB Control Center but it doesn't seem to do anything. See attached picture.

Does the printer work?
Have you followed all of the instructions?
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Check the section in the manual ReadySHARE Printer.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.- i58_JessAspirant
Hello, thank yu for responding.
Yes, I read the manuals and that got me to where I installed the software but as I showed the screen is blank. I assume that means he does not find a printer.
I have it working on my other computer so there is a solution.

Yes,
Is that the answer to my first question?

Yes, but does the printer work?

What does the USB control centre show on that other computer?
If the printer is not working, think about fixing that rather than worrying about the USB control centre. Here at least it is just some background "widget" that seems to do no more than set the router up to work with a USB printer.
