Kitsap is correct. You didn't buy a gigabit router. You bought a fast ethernet router which only has 10/100mbps ports and not gigabit.
So your speed is going to max out at 94 (ish) mbps. If you want faster speeds, you need to upgrade to a gigabit router. And if you're using gigabit speeds, I wouldn't buy a base model gigabit device as even through struggle to hit gigabit over wired if you're using any extra features (armor, parental controls, access controls, traffic monitoring).
