    Without this - unless Netgear is going to update all Netgear routers to support both WSD _and_ SMB 3.0 (resp. anything >SMB 1.0) - you have no chance.

To me this points at the Windows 10 PC as the source of the problem.

 

Tried running its network troubleshooter in Windows 10?
