New Problem with Netgear Router

I have an X6 8000 Netgear router that I use for coverage of my home. For a while, it worked fine with my FIOS Quantum Gateway. But starting today, I am having the following problem:

• FIOS, itself, and the FIOS router work fine and is able to connect to the internet

• The Netgear router, for local wifi works fine

• The Netgear router and the FIOS router see one another

• The Netgear router cannot see the internet (even though the light on the device is white).

There have been multiple attempts to reboot both devices. Anyone have any recommendations?
