Hi rinn,
Please try doing a loop back test to check if the WAN port of the router is still working. Check the link below for the steps.

Hi Johnsamuel,
1. Did you do the loopback test?
2. Have you tried resetting the router?
3. Have you tried changing the Ethernet cables?

I too had the same problem. I hooked up the router to my modem, Comcast issued, and it worked great. I then changed modems, Surf Board SB6190, and the router quit. I checked the modem by connecting directly to my computer and it workes great. The modem does not pick and chose to not work with other routers. The router is seen by my computer when hooked directly to it and so is wifi seen by my other wireless units but I get no IP address now. I did the loop test and it looks as if it failed. I did the factory reset and tried rebooting the system several times. Is this a bad unit now and is this a product that will have problems after it is replaced? When it worked, it had great range and was, as I had plan, to be a much better unit than the Comcast supplied modem/router. Send it back for replacement?
