Not the answer you want, but can you explain why you want to do this?
I ask because when troubleshooting, or trying to set something up, it helps to know what the ultimate goal is.
This IP Address, specifying the LAN address of the device (a Cannon printer) that I want to restrict.
Have you seen any indication that the Canon printer is heading out to the Internet? I have never seen any hint of unwanted excursions, but I haven't looked that hard.
How is you printer connected to the network? Wifi? USB?
