Nighthawk app

I began installing the nighthawk app in good spirits. By the time I was through, I was thoroughly fed up and uninstalled it.  As I attempted to contact customer support, I found that it only got worse. A simple complaint could not be emailed, but had to be compartmentalized into a location that was nonsensical.  Nighthawk  requires too much information. My aging router only has bar codes and the manual fix required me to power down the network, not a good option in my house. I was FORCED to accept a security solution I did not want, however temporary.

 Even placing a complaint was compartmentalized into someone else's complaint, which had been discontinued due to inactivity.  That was a funny joke.

I've been happy with Netgear so far, but I will never buy another Netgear product. So long.
