Nighthawk C6300v2 Wifi Unreliable

Hey guys, Im only mildly technoligically capable, so bear with me. We just got this nighthawk a few weeks ago, and it's been having a lot of weird issues with our devices as of late. Im not sure...

Hello, Pheebs, 

 

The modem might need to be updated by the ISP. Regarding the 5ghz frequency. Devices that is not compatible with 5ghz would not be able to see the 5ghz wifi.
